The biggest tragedy with man is that in spite of lapse of so many centuries when he could gain senses, he could not find out the exact method of pleasing God.
He had tried his best and has he had been inventing new methods in every age and in spite of all these changes and new methods, he is still half-way and does not know the real and exact method of pleasing God. We have learnt that this man had been in jungles, he had been in caves in the hills, he had been living hungry and without clothes, he had been establishing religious books, religious places, he had been reading religious books, he had been singing religious books, he had been establishing so many methods of conducting prayer, he had been touring religious places, he had been dancing before the installed Gods and all that and in spite of all that, when we ask him as to whether he could ever see God, his reply comes in the negative. Even to day, the people are repeating the same futile exercises and we have seen that more and more people are collecting at religious places and more and more people are giving money in charity with which we have created and established a big band of people who live on charity and do nothing. On one side this man is reaching skies and on the other hand the man is still roaming in jungles and does not know his destination in the field of search of God. If this man reads the religious books, he shall be coming out with an idea that all these religious books are guides for him and they are teaching him to be on the right path while dealing with people on this world. If he has learnt the art of dealing with the people fairly, he is a religious person and if he is not learning the art of dealing with the people, he is still an unreligious person and all his exercises are futile exercises.

Charity begins at home?
This family institution had been established by our forefathers and they must be given due respect and regard for this invention. We must imagine the time when there was no family system. And this family institution could be considered as the best invention of man on this earth. Therefore, every member of this family must bear in his or her mind that first of all he shall be right only when he is serving this family and he is looking after each member of this family. If these people of need of money and you are spending money outside in charity to others, you are in the wrong and you are committing a sin, a crime and a misconduct. You must take care of yourself and then you must take care of each member of this family. You must ensure that you are developing properly, you are having proper education, proper training and proper adjustment at work from where you are earning properly and you are in a position to administer and run your own family. These are the first projects with a man on this earth and when he is free from these projects, only then he must do something for others. Man must be selfish to this extent because when he gives in charity to others, he is not in a position to know as to whether he is helping a truly needy person or some one is turning a beggar only because we are maintaining him. When you help yourself or help a member of your family, you know his exact position, but when you help an outsider, you do not know his or her exact position and therefore, your judgment could be wrong. So you should start from yourself and from your family.

A man who does not earn his living ?
A man who is able to work and even then he does not earn his own living and who is not maintaining his family, cannot become a religious person. Such a person is not allowed to be near to God. Such a person is not allowed to approach God. Such a person should not conduct prayers for others, because he himself is not accepted and honoured by God. If such a person guides others, his words would not have any impact on others. He is not telling things from his heart, but he is trying to attract more and more people towards him so that they may offer more and more money to him. The man who is earning his livelihood through these religious discourses is on the wrong path and therefore, we should not attend his discourses. We do not need long discourses. Even one word of guidance could change our life and life style and therefore, we should be concentrating on ourselves and we must try to be on the right path and this path shall be chosen by us alone because none on this earth could understand the problems which we are facing. We are the true guide and therefore, we should not go to persons for guidance, who live on charity and do not work and earn. These people are misguiding us and they are earning more than us. The beggars are turning rich within days and then start committing all types of sins, crimes and misconducts and if you want to verify these facts, you can have an eye of the news papers, TV news and police reports on these subjects. When we maintain such persons, it clearly means that we are conniving with these people and therefore, we too are guilty.

Every body wants to rule on us.
Even in democracy, the people who are coming forward and stand in elections are those who want to rule us. In most of the Constitutions in the world, all those who are either elected or are selected are called public servants, but it is just a paper transaction and it must be accepted that when elected or when they are appointed, they start functioning like rulers and they behave with the people considering them as their slaves. None of the democracies in the world, the people in seats could consider the people of that country as the masters of that country. Similarly in India most of the people who are in government seats are found indulging in scams, scandals, muddles, bribes, taking commissions, taking dalali and that is the reason most of the money which could have been utilized for the welfare of the people has been eaten away by these rulers and since all are conniving together, there is none to catch them and take back ill-gotten money from them. Whatever had been looted by the people is still with them and even some of their generations shall enjoy these moneys. We have been told that people get the government they deserve and therefore, if the governments are not on the right path, the people of that country must blame themselves and they should conduct an introspection. They must find out their own faults and weaknesses and then they must see that those weaknesses are removed. None from the skies shall come down and correct this administration. The people of the country shall have to correct the administration. It is not enough that we have framed a Constitution and we have declared ourselves as a democracy. It is our duty to establish real democracy where people must be the masters and they should be in a position to elect and select right people for the right job and then they must be able to have supervision on the servants and if they are not fit persons, they must be ousted by the people. When wrong persons are selected or elected, the people shall suffer and we, the people of India had been suffering because of our wrong selections and wrong elections. We must have an introspection and we must correct ourselves. We have already wasted six decades which period cannot be written off.
We need to think about how healthy we are at some point in our lifetime. You may not think about it when you are young. However, you may probably think about that when you are a bit older. And you will probably realize that there may be something wrong when you find that you become fatter. At this point you may start thinking if you should have a healthier life style.
When you are still young, you may still feel alright even if you take fast food for your three meals. However, this is not the case when time goes by. Besides becoming fatter, you may also find that you skin condition is not as good as when you are young. You may also find that your hair looks worse than before.
So you need to live a healthy life style. The first thing you can do is to see a doctor to have a body check. You have to understand your current health condition. Then you will need to talk to some experts to set your dieting plan. Of course you should also start planning for your exercise routine.
Then you need to stick to your diets and exercises. For the diets, you should focus on diets with lots of vegetables and fruits. If possible, you will also need to cut your consumption of meat. This is very important in your weight loss program. The exercises are also very important. You need to take some aerobic exercises. It can be just ask simple as walking for 45 minutes in the park and you will start feel the benefits of exercising after a month or so.
When you are used to the exercises you are taking, you can start considering going to a gym and get a professional trainer. If you cannot afford going to a gym and hire a trainer, you can go swimming as an alternative. As a matter of fact swimming is one of the most excellent exercises since you can train your whole body by swimming. Of course it will be a different story if you want to build some muscles.
If you would like to build some muscles, you may need to go for weight lifting. You may not feel comfortable for the first few times if you have not been doing that for years. However, it should be alright when you get accustomed to it again.
It is not difficult to have a healthier life style. However, you have to stick to all the dieting plans and exercises routines otherwise you will not be successful!
